Skylark and Jack Gaughan Awards Added

We now have pages up for the two NESFA awards: the Skylark and the Jack Gaughan. Profuse apologies to our friends at NESFA for missing these. The Gaughan is an award for new artists. This year’s winner is Shelly Wan. There’s someone else to think about when doing your Hugo nominations.
