Seiun Nominees

John Scalzi, whose Google-Fu is truly awesome, has found us the nominees for this year’s Seiun Award for Best Foreign Novel. They are as follows:

  • Spin, Robert Charles Wilson
  • The Ghost Brigades, John Scalzi
  • Redemption Ark, Alastair Reynolds
  • Light, M. John Harrison
  • The Urth of the New Sun, Gene Wolfe
  • Sun of Suns, Karl Schroeder
  • Seeker, Jack McDevitt

The report comes from a Chinese-language web site, and the official Seiun web site doesn’t seem to have anything up since 2007. Confirmation, and details of the nominees in the other categories, would be appreciated.
