How We can put the “Premis Ictineu” in the Awards section?
Thanks!
Kraken: I have a whole bunch of awards that I need to add to the site and no time in which to do it. I need to be able to carve out a day or two that I can spend on this site.
Of course when I do it would help to have some general information about the awards – what are the eligibility rules, how are winners determined and so on. If you can send that to me, or point me to a site in a language I can read, I’d be very grateful.
Hello.
Eligibility rules: To have been published in Catalan the year previous to the award. A list is made public containing all known published books/short stories.
Winner determination: There are two phases.
- Public phase: Everyone is welcome to vote from the list. This phase determines the final nominees.
- Private phase: The members of ther Ter-Cat (the organizing association), the members of the Societat Catalana de Ciència Ficció i Fantasia (SF and Fantasy Catalan Association) and other invited associations vote from the finalists chosen in the previous phase in order to determine the winners.
I forgot: Winner receives a trophy.
That’s great, thanks. We’ll get that added as soon as we can.
Do you have a photo of the trophy?
Indeed, we do have a photo. Where do we have to send it to?
