Another interesting Best Fan Writer stat – in the final runoff John Hertz’s votes were redistributed. I would not have predicted that Langford and Scalzi would have evenly split John’s supporters. But they each got 25 votes from the ballots that listed a preference. (Of John’s 80 votes at that point, 30 were either blank or listed neither of the survivors of the runoff to that point).
