Takumi Shibano wins posthumous award

The winners of the Tokyo Anime Awards include several veterans from Toei productions with genre credits, and 1996 and 2007 Worldcon GoH Takumi Shibano. Shibano wins in the new, possibly one-off, category of “SF Researcher”.
